David Govan and Megan Venesky

A May 21 wedding is being planned by Megan Venesky and David Govan, both of Canonsburg.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Heather Venesky of Cabot. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Kenneth Govan of Saxonburg and Leanne Govan of Butler.

The future bride is a 2008 graduate of Knoch High School and a 2012 graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

She is a special education teacher at the Bradley Center in Robinson.

Her fiance graduated in 2008 from Knoch High School. He graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2012.

He is an environmental health and safety specialist for Vogel Disposal in Mars.
