Power restored in Jackson Township
Power has been restored to between 500 to 1,500 customers who were without power today in Jackson Township because of an accident on Route 19.
Around 9 a.m. a truck, possibly a PennDOT bucket truck, took down overhead power lines near 22056 Route 19, Jackson Township police chief Terry Seilhamer said.It is unknown if the lines were sagging from snow or not.
The Jackson Township municipal building was among the customers without power.
