Knoch graduate Austin Miller scored 21 points, added 10 rebounds, 10 assists and scored his 1,000th career point at Butler County Community College in the Pioneers' 76-68 loss to Westmoreland County Community College Saturday.

Miller has 1,018 points in his two-year career with BC3.

Ken Snead led the Pioneers with 32 points.

Women's basketball

Four Slippery Rock University players scored in double digits and The Rock rolled to an 84-61 win over Point Park.

Lexi Carpenter led the way with 15 points. Ciara Patterson added 14 points and nine rebounds, Audrey Stapleton pitched in 14 points and Megan Hardiman contributed 11 points for SRU (11-10).

The 11 wins match last season's total.
