Nesmith, 18, of Beaver Falls waived to court charges of false identification to law enforcement, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed April 11 by state police.Ethan Finver, 22, of East Stroudsburg pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed Oct. 15 by Slippery Rock police. He was ordered to pay $361.50 in fines and court costs.Shaquille D.
