HARRISBURG — Three new degree programs at Slippery Rock University were approved Thursday by the State System of Higher Education.

The new programs are all master's degrees: music therapy, health informatics and teaching English to speakers of other languages.

In a news release, a state system spokesman called the new programs part of the state system universities' “continuing efforts to adapt their curricula to meet the changing needs of employers.”
