Marmon/Keystone has announced personnel changes with two officials retiring and two promotions being made.

Drew Seka, Marmon Distribution Services CFO, will retire Feb. 1 after 41 years.

He started as an accountant, progressed to accounting manager, assistant controller, controller, vice president-controller, and in 1999, he was named executive vice president-controller.

Seka was promoted to CFO of Marmon Distribution Services in 2012.

In addition to his financial responsibilities, Seka has overseen operations at M/K Express and Bushwick Metals. Denny Derringer, Marmon Distribution Services vice president of quality and operations, will assume oversight of M/K Express.

Taking over Seka's financial duties will be Aaron Folkening, who was hired Oct. 1 as the sector vice president finance and controller for Marmon Distribution Services.

Folkening began his Marmon Group career in 2007 as assistant controller of the transportation services and engineered products sector. In 2010, he joined the Marmon Group company Anderson Copper and Brass as vice president finance.

In 2013, Folkening was named director of financial reporting and planning of the Marmon Engineered Components.

Folkening will be based out of the Marmon Group office in Chicago.

Ken Sichelski, Marmon/Keystone East's senior vice president of sales and marketing, retired Jan. 1 after 42 years.

He joined the Chicago branch in 1973 as an inside sales person and was later promoted to inside sales manager, assistant manager, Denver branch manager, Chicago district manager, regional manager, regional vice president and vice president of sales and marketing in 2003.

Gary Canonge, Marmon/Keystone Butler district sales manager, was promoted to director of sales and marketing for Marmon/Keystone East on Jan. 1, upon Sichelski's retirement.

Canonge joined Marmon/Keystone in 1980 as an outside sales person, and he went on to be general sales manager, national marketing manager — carbon and field sales manager.

Marmon/Keystone is wholesale distributor of tubular products.
