Fire destroys home in Connoquenessing Township
CONNOQUENESSING TWP — A home on Stevenson Road appears to have been destroyed by fire this afternoon. No one was injured.
Tenant Jim Karam said he was in the auto shop next door working on a friend's vehicle about 1 p.m. when he heard a crackling noise, then saw the fire.
Karam said the fire started toward the front of the house in the kitchen and laundry area.
