Adamik was ordered to pay $549 in fines and court costs.Kaylaa Chupka, 28, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 24 by Penn Township police.Donald T. Coulson Jr., 36, of Charleroi, Washington County, waived to court 17 counts each of theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception, and charges of receiving stolen property, forgery and access device fraud, filed Dec. 17 by state police.Mark J.
