Billy Joel concert set at PNC ParkPITTSBURGH — Officials at PNC Park in Pittsburgh have announced that Billy Joel will be performing at the stadium this summer.Tickets for the July 1 show are set to go on sale at the PNC Park Box office at 10 a.m. Jan. 22.Joel last played in Pittsburgh in February 2014 at Consol Energy Center. His last performance at the North Shore stadium was in August 1994 on a bill with Elton John.The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer has played one concert a month at New York City’s Madison Square Garden since January 2014.
