Christ Community United Methodist Church, 205 N. Duffy Road, will collect tuna and noodles for the Covenant Presbyterian Church Food Cupboard in January.

COMMUNITY LIFE
Community Life Church holds service at McQuistion Elementary School.
The church will begin a 21-day fasting and prayer challenge Sunday and continue the challenge until Jan. 30.

The elementary-aged life group will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Rev. Ben Ogle’s home.
COVENANT PRESBYTERIAN
Communion and an opportunity for reaffirmation of baptism will be during the Sunday worship service at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 230 E. Jefferson St.
Christmas decorations will be removed at 9:30 a.m. Saturday.
The People for Peace Bible study class will begin at 11 a.m. Jan. 14. The class will meet on the second and fourth Thursday each month.
FIRST BAPTIST
The ladies’ Bible study of First Baptist Church, 221 W. New Castle St., will be at 7 p.m. today at the Dittmer home.
The Sunday schedule will include Sunday school, a morning worship service, a noon luncheon and a 1 p.m. worship service.
The adult crafters will meet at noon Tuesday at Mac’s Route 8 Café, 16 Pittsburgh Road.

The concerned women for missions group of First Baptist Church of Evans City, 242 S. Washington St., Evans City, will meet at 7 p.m. today at the church.
The youths will have their bi-weekly get-together at 7 p.m. Friday at the church.
The foundations men’s group will discuss the next section of systematic theology at 7 a.m. Saturday.
There will be a prayer meeting at 10 a.m. Sunday followed by the morning worship service.

Mars United Presbyterian Church, 232 Crowe Ave., Mars, will install and ordain new officers at the 11 a.m. Sunday service under the direction of the Rev. William Jackson.
The middle school youth group meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Sunday and the high school group will meet at 7 p.m.
