Christopher J. Toy, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, traffic control devices, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Oct. 28 by state police.
Thomas J. Sweeney, 20, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed Aug. 20 by Middlesex Township police.
David R. Camp Jr., 26, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed June 29 by state police.
Brison J. Freehling, 28, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 24 by state police.
Paul H. Stamp IV, 30, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 28 by state police.
Ethan R. Boyd, 30, of Worthington was held for court on charges of DUI filed June 3 by state police.

Keith R. McCloskey, 36, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Shane M. Snyder, 33, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, resisting arrest, driving without a license, failure to keep right, careless driving, violating hazard regulations and failure to use a safety belt filed Sept. 6.
Daquon L. Fuqua, 18, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, duties at stop sign and careless driving filed Oct. 30.
Tyler P. Baptiste, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property filed Nov. 5.
