CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Thrissa M. Beck, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, filed Oct. 15.

Charles B. Blatt, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest and harassment, filed Dec. 2.

Tyler J. Dimaria, 20, of West Sunbury waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 13.

Gage T. Hicks, 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing a controlled substance and two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 29.

Christy S. Karenbauer, 34, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Oct. 13.

Justin L. Lemley, 31, of Worthington, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and a stop sign violation, filed Oct. 19. Lemley was ordered to pay $749 in fines and court costs.

Dewayne A. McFadden, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.02 percent or greater while having a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Nov. 9.

Autumn R. Sloan, 20, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and retail theft, filed Nov. 16.

Leroy T. Steiner, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Oct. 13

Pamela J. Truckley, 45, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of false identification to a law enforcement officer, filed Oct. 27. Truckley was ordered to pay $424 in fines and court costs.

Thomas R. Wolfe, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Oct. 5.
