EVANS CITY — The following cases were heard recently by District Judge Wayne Seibel:

Jolene L. Schirra, 29, of Franklin waived to court charges of arson, danger of death or bodily injury, two counts of aggravated assault, risking a catastrophe, criminal mischief, possession of a small amount of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of recklessly endangering another person, indecent exposure, open lewdness, two counts of harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 25 by state police.

Dennis Ray Ross Jr., 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, criminal attempt to deliver drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving unregistered vehicle, operating vehicle without insurance and no headlights, filed Aug. 31 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional Police Department.

Paul L. Hufnagel, 47, of Harmony waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Sept. 15 by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional Police Department.

David Adam Melder, 21, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, driving at safe speed, exceeding speed limit, careless driving, minor operating with alcohol and reckless driving, filed Oct. 5 by state police.

Celeste Marie Clyde, 57, of Mars waived to court charges of retail theft, theft by deception and defiant trespass, filed Dec. 11.
