SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Tawny Kay Matuke, 26, of Butler waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Oct. 26 by state police.

Adam W. McKnight, 36, of Boyers waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 2 by state police.

Luke M. Rubin, 23, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of forgery, access device fraud, theft by deception and identity theft, filed Jan. 23 by state police.

Neil S. Shearer, 22, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, DUI, driving under the influence of combination of alcohol and drugs, disorderly conduct, disobeying traffic control devices, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 20 by state police.

Cameron D. Stover, 23, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and trespass, filed Nov. 14 by Penn Township police.

Janice Wagner, 50, of Valencia waived to court a charge of false swearing, filed Nov. 4 by Middlesex Township police.

Marisa B. Walker, 24, of Templeton was held for court on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without inspection and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 28 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — Senior District Judge Joseph O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Richard M. Bodak, 34, of Forestville waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana, false identification to police, driving with a suspended license, speeding and careless driving, filed Oct. 19 by state police.

Aaron M. Joyce, 40, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI, simple assault, children endangerment, harassment and careless driving, filed Dec. 12 by state police.

Kenneth J. Kastelic III, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes, driving without valid inspection and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 19 by state police.

Daniel D. Phillips III, 21, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 26 by state police.

David M. Zell, 22, of Lancaster, Pa., waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Oct. 28 by Slippery Rock University police.
