UNSEASONABLE WEATHER
It looked more like Easter Shopping weather in downtown Butler on Dec. 3, 1970, instead of the yuletide season, as bright sunshine belied the message of holly and lights that Christmas is only three weeks away. Traffic was heavy and stores were busy, proving that unseasonable weather does not deter holiday buyers.
