HOMECOMING WAVE
Pennsylvania’s 1966 Junior Miss Sally Simons arrives from Reading on Nov. 28, 1965, after winning the crown. With her are Diane Feo, Sally’s AFS sister, and Ralph Simons, Sally’s father. The Knoch High School senior was the fourth Butler County Junior Miss winner and the second county Junior Miss to return with a state crown.
