Heartfelt thanks
We want to thank the Butler community for the outpouring of love, support, prayers and how the kind spirits of Butler came together to honor the life of our son, Ethan Linnon.
We are especially thankful for our family and friends, Ethan’s friends, classmates, the Butler School District, our neighbors and thoughtful strangers who expressed sympathy.
Ethan’s generation is truly unique in their compassion for each other, their sincerity and maybe most uniquely, the way they band together and act on something that is important to them.
Ethan loved life, living every day like it was his last. He was endlessly looking for fun and adventure. Ethan’s life was filled with kindness, joy and laughter. He loved his family, friends and the community.
We all have something that Ethan doesn’t, and that is time. Time is precious — don’t waste it. Get out and “live like E” — do good things for each other, live life to its fullest and be happy.
