BUTLER TWP — The Butler School Board is expected to vote tonight whether or not to sell recently closed Broad Street Elementary School to The Arc of Butler County for $475,007.

The Arc is a nonprofit agency helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This issue is listed on the board’s agenda for its meeting at 7:30 p.m.

The building had two appraisals this summer, one for $578,000 and one for $335,000.

The Center for Community Resources earlier this year offered $150,000 in a sealed bid process, which the board rejected in September.
