Couple allegedly sells stolen games

MARS — A couple faces felony counts of burglary after video surveillance captured them allegedly selling stolen video games at a store.

According to court records, the stolen merchandise belonged to the mother and the sister of the female defendant, 23-year-old Amanda M. Lollo.

Lollo’s family, who lives on Spring Avenue in Mars, on Oct. 17 reported the theft of an Xbox console, controllers and 40 to 50 games from their home.

They told investigators that based on history, they suspected Lollo and her boyfriend, 24-year-old Michael R. Miller.

Later that same day, the manager at Game Stop on Route 228 verified he bought the same items from Miller and Lollo, according to court records. The transaction was videotaped by a store security camera.

Both Lollo and Miller are charged with burglary and conspiracy, as well as multiple counts of theft and receiving stolen property.

Warrants have been issued for the arrest of both defendants, who list a shared address on Orchard Avenue.
