Agnes F. Sarver
Agnes F. Sarver, 82, of Prospect passed away Thursday evening in the VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler.
Born June 20, 1933, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Clem and Vera Sarver Kirk.
She had worked at the former G.C. Murphy store in downtown Butler, cleaned many homes in the Prospect area and then finished after many years of service as the custodian at the post office in Prospect.
She enjoyed time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to play bingo and bake pies, breads, cookies, etc.
She is survived by her son, William “Bud” (Connie) Sarver of Prospect; her grandchildren, Zachary (Kristin) Sarver of Hermitage, Travis (Abby) Sarver of Volant and Jill Ann (Joseph) Klipa of Plum; and five great-grandchildren, Joseph Klipa Jr., Mara Klipa, Lucy Klipa, Caden Sarver and Riley Sarver.
Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, William N. Sarver Sr., who she married Aug. 7, 1954, and who passed away Jan. 11, 2015; her daughter, Billie Diane; three sisters; and two brothers.
SARVER — Visitation for Agnes F. Sarver, who died Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015, will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday in the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main St., Prospect.The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
