Cops: Man steals meters, gets only $30
GREENSBURG — Police say a Western Pennsylvania man caused $4,000 damage by stealing four parking meters only to net a mere $30 when he broke them open.
Allen Delgrosso, 51, of Jeannette has been charged with theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief for allegedly taking the meters from a Greensburg lot.
