Daniel J. Kaufman, 19, of Southbury, Conn., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, underage drinking, careless driving, possessing drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 9 by Slippery Rock police.

Nicklas J. Whallin, 22, of Portersville waived to court a charge of theft, filed July 22 by state police.

George Thomas Seman, 50, of Renfrew waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with high rate of BAC, follow to closely, driving at safe speed and careless driving, filed Sept. 8.

Luke James Wharrey, 21, of Mars waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with high rate of BAC and no headlights, filed Sept. 21 by state police.

Richard Charles Stair, 25, of Evans City, waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with high rate of BAC, operating vehicle without valid inspection and driving unregistered vehicle, filed July 16.

William R. Cramer, 56, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, violating hazard regulations, and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 7.

Larry A. Dittmer, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license, filed Aug. 7.
