CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Bryan Lee Conner, 28, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 4.

Barry E. Craul, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Sept. 10.

Steven A. Dorenkamp, 54, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 20.

Gary W. Double, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 27.

Devin J. Earnest-Rodgers, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with unsafe equipment, driving with no headlights on, and failing to use low beams, filed Aug. 6.

Jason L. Gavinski, 38, of Chicora was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.02 percent or more with a suspended license, driving with an improper license, driving a motorcycle without proper eye protection and careless driving, filed June 29.

Christopher B. Johnson, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, careless driving and public drunkenness, filed March 19, 2013.

John Daniel Martin, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, trespass and criminal mischief, filed Sept. 15.

Kendrick T. Payno, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Sept. 22.

Thomas L. Shuler, 30, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, failing to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed, abandoning a vehicle on the road, failing to immediately notify police of an accident and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed July 30.

Tony F. Smith Sr., 40, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 5.

Heather M. Thompson, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of child endangerment and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 31.

Christopher A. Zedreck, 29, of Butler waived to court a charge of making a false statement to police, filed Aug. 26.
