EVANS CITY — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Wayne Seibel:

Bryan J. Stein, 23, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, DUI controlled substance metabolite, and a speed limit violation filed Aug. 27 by Adams Township police.

Ashlee Lynn Hoehn, 28, of Butler, waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking filed by May 27 by state police.

Jesse T. Lackovic, 19, of Zelienople, waived to court charges of use/possession, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, following too closely, failure to stop at red signal and turning movements and required signals, filed Aug. 31 by Jackson Township police.

Jeffery Lee Domhoff, 50, of Renfrew, waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness and similar misconduct, filed Aug. 6 by state police.

Frank C. Strutz Jr., 57, of Mars, waived to court charges of criminal attempt simple assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, filed Aug. 24 by Adams Township police.

Roland Cecil McGraner, 19, of Gibsonia, waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, intentional possession of a controlled substance, carry false identification card (minor), operating vehicle without valid inspection and no rear lights, filed Dec. 13, 2014, by Adams Township police.

Lorlene Deborah Meyers, 42, of Evans City, was held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception false impression, receiving stolen property and bad checks, filed July 29 by state police.

Eric M. Batyjefer, 39, of Evans City, waived to court charges of DUI third offense, DUI highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent) and disregarding traffic lane, filed Sept. 1 by Adams Township police.

Nichole M. Stadnik, 32, of Evans City, waived to court charges of DUI, DUI high rate of BAC (between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent), disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed Aug. 31 by Jackson Township police.

Jennifer Nichol Arlotta, 32, of Beaver Falls, waived to court charges of accident involving damage, driving while operational privilege suspended or revoked and improper pass, filed Aug. 10 by state police.

Donnie Lee Jackson, 43, of New Brighton, waived to court charges of failure to comply with registration of sexual offense, filed Sept. 25 by Adams Township police.

Shay Alanna Hunter, 31, of Butler, waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 8 by Jackson Township police.

Jason Allan Ray, 34, Harmony, was held for court charges of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 17 by state police.

Donald Wentz, 67, of Zelienople, waived to court charges of DUI and DUI highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent), filed Aug. 11 by Zelienople police.
