Butler Police11:27 p.m. Wednesday — Larry J. Hoffman Jr., 35, of Butler was arrested on the 300 block of North McKean Street on active warrants in Butler and Westmoreland counties. Hoffman was wanted on theft and access device charges.

Stietenroth, 19, of Butler was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Sunset Drive in Center Township.4:37 p.m. Monday — Rachel A. Dotts, 24, of New Castle was arrested for allegedly attempting to use a drug free sample of urine in place of her own during a mandatory state parole drug test.She was placed in Butler County Prison on $10,000 bail.

Grove City Police10:20 a.m. Wednesday — An unknown suspect broke the window out of a vehicle on the 100 block of Park Street and stole a pink wallet containing cash and identification information.Wednesday — Someone stole a compound bow and hunting accessories from a vehicle belonging to Greg Holmes, 30, of Grove City. The value of the items taken was about $1,000.7:15 p.m. Tuesday — Someone stole a dark gray mountain bike at the Grove City High School.
