CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

James R. Bell, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, public drunkenness, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance and without valid inspection, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Sept. 21.

Penni L. Lechner, 37, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 21. Lechner was ordered to pay $624 in fines and court costs.

David A. Morrow, 32, of Slippery Rock waived to court three counts each of burglary and theft, two counts of receiving stolen property and charges of trespass, criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit theft and conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, in four separate cases filed Sept. 22.

Donald J. Stewart, 34, of Butler waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 22.

Christian M. Tuel, 19, of Beloit, Ohio, waived to court a charge of arrest before requisition, filed Friday.

Tanya T. Tyson, 27, of Saxonburg, waived to court charges of child endangerment, reckless endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 21.

Melissa Sue Wilbert, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of child endangerment, reckless endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 21.

Kovach:Michael Ryan Brindle, 32, of Wexford was held for court on charges of retail theft taking merchandise, filed March 13 by the Cranberry Township Police Department.Michael Ryan Brindle, 32, of Wexford was held for court on charges of corrupt organizations employee, conspiracy access device fraud, access device fraud, retail theft taking merchandise, theft by deception false impression and receiving stolen property, filed April 30 by the Cranberry police.Michael Ryan Brindle, 32, of Wexford was held for court on charges of retail theft taking merchandise, filed March 18 by the Cranberry police.Jeffrey Michael Merlo, 28, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of conspiracy retail theft taking merchandise, retail theft taking merchandise and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 9 by the Cranberry police.Georgia Lee Kuczma, 21, of Aliquippa was held for court charges of theft by unlawful taking movable property and receiving stolen property, filed July 31 by the Cranberry police.Stephanie Nocera, 47, of Cranberry Township waived court charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of BAC greater than 0.16 and vehicle turning left, filed July 16 by the Cranberry police.
