Kirk Ryan Rejasie, 18, of Evans City, waived to court charges of criminal trespass enter a structure, possession of instrument of a crime, criminal mischief of damage property, theft by unlawful taking movable property and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 17 by state police.

Daniel Paul Getty, 18, of Evans City waived to court charges of criminal trespass enter a structure, possession of instrument of a crime, criminal mischief of damage property, theft by unlawful taking movable property and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 17 by state police.

Antoine Rhalil Pollard, 25, of Apollo waived to court charges of DUI controlled substance-schedule 1, DUI controlled substance impaired ability, accident involving damage attended for vehicle/property, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, fail to keep right, driving at unsafe speed, careless driving, reckless driving, fail to stop and give information and render aid and fail to notify police of accident/damage to vehicle, filed July 6 by state police.

Heather Lynn Krapp, 25, of Zelienople waived to court charges of conspiracy criminal mischief damage property, filed Sept. 8 by state police.
