Butler Twp Police4:30 p.m. Aug. 26 — Police charged Kathryn Nagle, 44, of Butler with theft by deception, criminal conspiracy to commit theft by deception, criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, Witt Yost, 25, of Butler was charged with retail theft, criminal conspiracy to commit theft by deception, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.Police said the charges stem from Yost having a theft of $74.95 worth of merchandise from Lowes in Moraine Pointe Plaza and Nagle returning the merchandise to the store.Nagle waived all charges for court at a preliminary hearing Thursday and was released on her own recognizance.Yost also waived charges to court at a hearing Thursday and was taken to Butler County Prison on $2,000 monetary bail.
