CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Jacob S. Ellenberger, 20, of Chicora waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 27.
Brittany N. Everetts, 26, of Parker pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit theft, filed July 7. Everetts was ordered to pay $685.50 in fines, court costs and restitution.
Christopher B. Johnson, 55, of Butler waived to court six counts each of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, and charges of criminal mischief and resisting arrest, filed Sept. 9.
Joel B. Walker, 29, of Kittanning waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving with a suspended license, filed July 15.
Raymond A. Watson, 49, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving with a fraudulent license plate, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with suspended registration, allowing the illegal use of a license plate, driving with a suspended license, improperly backing up a vehicle, careless driving, giving false information and driving a vehicle without valid inspection, filed July 15.
Ryan Z. Wilson, 24, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 9.
