EVANS CITY — These cases filed by law enforcement agencies were heard recently by District Court Judge Wayne D. Seibel:
Shane Michael Sybert, 26, of Cabot was held for court on charges of DUI controlled substance-metabolite, DUI controlled substance-impaired ability and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 2 by the Adams Township Police Department.
Lori Ann Smith, 51, of Mars was held for court on charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16) and careless driving, filed June 29 by the state police in Beaver County.
Timothy Lane Hunt, 18, of Mars was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 26 by the Adams Township Police Department.
Keith Anthony Tucker, 54, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI with high rate of BAC (between 0.10 and .016), DUI and driving at safe speed, filed Aug. 10 by the Adams Township Police Department.
Sarah E. Thompson, 37, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16), DUI, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property, careless driving and interference with devices signs or signals, filed Aug. 10 by the Adams Township Police Department.
Laszlo Zagyva, 50, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of BAC (grater than 0.16), careless driving, improper stop, operation of a vehicle without required financial responsibility and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Sept. 1 by the state police in Beaver County.
