CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Daniel J. Abbott, 21, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed July 17.

Linda D. Boles, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed July 27.

Anthony S. Dorenkamp, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 17.

Stephani M. Schroeder, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 1.

Cindy S. Schweiss, 56, of Masury, Ohio, waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed July 27.
