Former teammate honored
The Karns City football team Friday night honors former teammate Briggs Buck, who died in an ATV accident in February. Players and fans let go purple balloons in memory of Briggs, who would have been 17 years old Friday. The Gremlins beat Redbank Valley, 42-7, in Karns City’s home opener.
