CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Julian McFadden, 19, of Grove City waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct engaging in fighting, filed Aug. 16.

Harry Snyder Jr, 19, of Petrolia waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 1.

Tyler Sutton, 25, of Petrolia held for court on charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to carry registration, vehicle registration suspended, operating a vehicle without registered finance responsibility, failure to keep right, two counts of disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, improper tires, failure to use safety belt and operating a vehicle without valid inspection, filed Aug. 5.

Emily Sopel, 32, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 27.

Travis Ellenberger, 29, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed Aug. 5.

Stephen Schweiger Jr., 23, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, theft from a motor vehicle, loitering and prowling at nighttime and criminal trespass, filed June 30.

William Young, 67, of Fenelton waived to court two counts of open lewdness, filed Sept. 1.

John Wallace, 51, of Butler held for court on charges of DUI, turning movements and required signals, careless driving, violate hazard regulation, failure to use safety belt by driver and front-seat passenger, filed May 28.
