SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Antoinette Boyer, 27, of Valencia pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 5 by Middlesex Township police. Boyer was ordered to pay $272.50 in fines and court costs.
Vincent C. Brown, 46, of West View, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and driving without a license, filed July 6 by Middlesex Township police.
Ernest P. Campbell IV, 48, of Cabot waived to court 19 counts of possessing and distributing child pornography, and a charge of criminal use of a communications facility, filed July 27 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
Rochelle C. Coblentz, 48, of New Castle pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 24 by Middlesex Township police. Coblentz was ordered to pay $222.50 in fines and court costs.
Michael W. Dorcy, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, following too closely to another vehicle, careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed July 29 by state police.
Chanelle M. Hayden, 26, of Pitcairn, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 26 by Middlesex Township police. Hayden was ordered to pay $222.50 in fines and court costs.
Anthony T. Horn, 29, of Brackenridge, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, a license classification violation and careless driving, filed July 14 by state police.
Nicolas J. Keith, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed June 8 by state police.
Timothy R. Ketchem, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and driving without a license, filed July 7 by Middlesex Township police.
Justin K. McMasters, 25, of Sarver was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 29 by Buffalo Township police.
David B. Metz Jr., 38, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and a learner’s permit violation, filed May 18 by Penn Township police.
Kimpa M. Moffatt, 57, of Gibsonia was held for court on charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and disorderly conduct, filed July 6 by Middlesex Township police.
Zachary B. Morrow, 25, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, driving without valid inspection and careless driving, filed July 21 by Buffalo Township police.
Luke R. Nelson, 22, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, careless driving and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 29 by Buffalo Township police.

Zachary D. Beachem, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft from a vehicle and receiving stolen property, filed July 15.
Travis Bennett, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 20.
Maxwell J. Bowers, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment, theft, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief, filed Aug. 3. Bowers, in a separate case filed July 20 waived charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, driving without a license, speeding, making an improper turn and careless driving.
Kerri L. Davis, 38, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed April 27.
William W. Harris II, 27, of Chicora was held for court on charges of trespass and theft from a vehicle, filed July 24.
Benjamin J. McCormick, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft from a vehicle and receiving stolen property, filed July 15.
Todd A. Moore, 46, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed June 16.

Rory K. Snyder, 18, of Beaver, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed June 9.
Evan J. Wojtkowski, 22, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, abandoning a vehicle on a road, careless driving, hit-and-run and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed July 8.
