SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Kiarra L. Davis, 21, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving at an unsafe speed and reckless driving, filed June 19 by Buffalo Township police.

Kristen C. Testa, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed May 27 by Penn Township police.

Raijon D. Wilson, 19, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possessing an instrument of crime, filed June 19 by Buffalo Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Zachary Birckbichler, 34, of Butler waived to court two counts of possessing a controlled substance and charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, driving with an open container of alcohol and a stop sign violation, filed May 1 by township police.Marc A. Blodgett, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed May 20 by township police.Linda M. Claypoole, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and trespass, filed May 29 by township police.Devin E. Cunningham, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed May 4 by state police.James F. Cunningham, 33, of Butler was held for court on charges of criminal mischief and loitering and prowling at night, filed June 9 by township police.Darrin J. Dibiccaro, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, texting while driving and littering on a highway, filed June 2 by township police.Kelly J. Hinkle, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and two counts of false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed May 19 by township police.Victoria Elizabeth Gibson, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 4 by township police.Marlene L. Gustafson, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed June 1 by township police.Bridget Kaiser, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, three counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, trespassing and criminal mischief, filed June 17 by township police.Brent D. Kennard, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a controlled substance, filed June 30 by township police. Kennard was ordered to pay $655.50 in fines and court costs.Joshua P. Macko, 40, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, filed April 6 by township police.Jaime L. Mahood, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 20 by township police. Mahood was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs.Thomas J. Mangol, 69, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was held for court on charges of theft by deception, bad checks, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license, filed Feb. 18 by state police.Sara L. McCollums, 18, of West Sunbury waived to court four counts each of theft from a vehicle and conspiracy to commit theft from a vehicle and a charge of loitering or prowling at night, filed June 16 by township police.McCollums, in a separate case filed June 16 by township police, waived four counts each of theft from a vehicle and a charge of loitering or prowling at night.Tanni K. Milligan, 23, of Butler waived to court four counts each of theft from a vehicle and conspiracy to commit theft from a vehicle and a charge of loitering or prowling at night, filed June 16 by township police.Jason E. Noullet, 40, of Altoona, Blair County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 16 by township police. Noullet was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs.Matthew D. Ramsey, 44, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving with a suspended license, filed June 8 by township police.Tracy A. Rensel, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed May 18 by state police.Brittney R. Rudolph, 31, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of theft, filed May 18 by township police.Abbey N. Thompson, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possessing drug paraphernalia, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed June 16 by township police.Erin C. Torres, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of stalking, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license, filed April 6 by township police.Jessica Lee Winkleman, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 20 by township police. Winkleman was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Nathan Levi Emigh, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, disregarding traffic lanes, reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 9.Cara M. Lutz, 33, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance, driving without valid inspection, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 29.Sara Lee McCollums, 18, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of access device fraud, attempted access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and theft from a vehicle, filed May 12.Devin P. Milliken, 30, of Worthington waived to court charges of DUI, improperly stopping on the road, careless driving, reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 6.Zane S. Perry, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 26.Chase I. Williams, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 9.

CRANBERRY TWP — These cases filed by the Cranberry Police Department were recently heard by District Judge David T. Kovach.Christopher George Olexa, 29, of Monessen waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed April 24.Patrick Ian Finley, 32, of Leechburg waived to court charges of receiving stolen property; open lewdness; possession of an access device knowing it was counterfeited; theft by unlawful taking; and criminal attempted theft by unlawful taking, filed on July 6.Montgomery Richard Moody, 55, of Zelienople waived to court charges of DUI; DUI with highest rate of BAC; and failure to drive at a safe speed, filed May 20.Steven Matthew Beres, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft; receiving stolen property; and criminal trespassing, filed July 7.Renante Costa Cabatino, 28, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of criminal trespassing; conspiracy to commit criminal trespassing; retail theft; and receiving stolen property, filed April 2. In another case, he waived to court charges of criminal trespassing; conspiracy to commit criminal trespassing; retail theft; and receiving stolen property, filed April 7.Dustin Cordon Kile, 24, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of theft by deception; retail theft; and receiving stolen property, filed July 11.Michael J. Noll, 31, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking; receiving stolen property; and public drunkenness, filed May 11.Jacob Oliver Schaffner, 25, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI; DUI with the highest rate of BAC; and driving to slow, filed March 6.Taquan Dyair Maxwell, 22, of Grove City was held to court on charges of robbery with threat of serious injury; theft by unlawful taking; receiving stolen property; unlawful restraint with threat of serious bodily injury; terroristic threats; simple assault; harassment subjecting another to physical contact; driving an unregistered vehicle; and operating a vehicle without a valid state inspection, filed on June 27.
