CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

David P. Deal, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of theft from a vehicle, attempted theft from a vehicle, and loitering and prowling at night, filed April 27.

Michael Lee Hutchinson, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 2.

Justin Lee Lieberum, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of theft from a vehicle, attempted theft from a vehicle, and loitering and prowling at night, filed April 27.

Richard H. Pisor Jr., 46, of Hilliards waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, filed June 16.

Joshua C. Rock, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft from a vehicle, attempted theft from a vehicle and loitering and prowling at night, filed April 27.

Philip J. Romito, 57, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 9.

Anthony E. Uniejewski, 24, of Washington, Pa., waived to court charges of corruption of a minor and indecent assault, filed June 8.

Matthew K. Wiles, 22, of Chicora waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, theft by deception and criminal mischief, filed Jan. 29.
