Terry L. Atchison Jr., 37, of Butler was held for court on charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 6.
Taylor M. Baldt, 27, of Mars waived to court four counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed in two cases May 20.
Steven R. Bandi, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 27.
Nathan D. Calcagni, 27, of Lyndora waived to court two counts of forgery, three counts of access device fraud and charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed June 5.
Steven W. Charlton Sr., 38, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed March 25.
Lindsay M. Clouse, 29, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed April 23.
Jessica J. Davis, 29, of Harrisville pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed April 21. Davis was ordered to pay $508 in fines and court costs
Wanda A. Dumot, 51, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed March 25.
Cheryl D. Franklin, 50, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of false identification to law enforcement authorities and driving with a suspended license, filed May 11. Franklin was ordered to pay $779 in fines and court costs.
Jeremy E. Gent, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 18.
Otto K. Heitzer, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and public drunkenness, filed April 20.
Marques V. Holt, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed March 9.
Sara B. Johnson, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, criminal trespass and two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 15.
Dustin L. Kriess, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving without a license, filed March 25.
Jason E. Maharg, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disobeying traffic control devices, filed April 27.
Michael A. McCoppin, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 21. McCoppin was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs.
Jedediah L. Owens-Vickers, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed April 9. Owens-Vickers, in a separate case filed April 9, waived a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities.
Mackenzie P. Peters, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and driving on a learner’s permit without a licensed driver, filed May 5. Peters was ordered to pay $554 in fines and court costs.
Stephen M. Richards, 57, of Lyndora waived to court charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and harassment, filed June 2.
Rachel E. Ross, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possessing a controlled substance and retail theft, filed May 7. Ross was ordered to pay $842 in fines and court costs.
Kristen A. Rummel, 25, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and driving a vehicle without inspection, filed May 18. Rummel was ordered to pay $562.50 in fines and court costs.
Paula Ann Schwartz, 29, of Evans City waived to court charges of retail theft and trespass, filed April 22.
Steven C. Selfridge, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed April 1.
Betty Lou Smith, 44, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 30. Smith was ordered to pay $372.50 in fines and court costs.
Gordon L. Taggart, 48, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed April 9.
Jeffrey B. Taylor, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, filed April 8.
Chase A. Zmijowski, 33, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of DUI and his fifth violation for driving with a suspended license, filed May 5.
