Anniversary party at Cubs Hall

Kame Watterson, left, and Maynard Harvey try the karaoke booth. A street fair was planned to mark the 30th anniversary of the Specialty Outreach/Cubs boxing program. Activities included boxing demonstrations, music, a dunk tank, and face painting.
