Diane Marburger

Butler County Treasurer Diane Marburger learned the value of hard work and doing a job from her father, Kenneth Rudisill.

“Everything you do, do to the best of your ability,” he would say.

Marburger said that this was a constant saying of her father when she was growing up in Middlesex Township. She said she has taken this advice to heart. “I always tried to do my very best,” Marburger said.

Because of her father’s advice, Marburger said she often finds herself doing and redoing tasks to make sure that she gets them right.

“I’m pretty much a detail person because of that,” Marburger said.

Rudisill passed away in 2009.
