Taylor M. Baldt, 27, of Mars waived to court charges of theft and criminal mischief, filed May 5 by Penn Township police.
Kevin J. Bell, 41, of Natrona Heights, waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, filed April 20 by state police
Jordan R. Booth, 26, of Clarion was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, careless driving and a seat belt violation, filed Jan. 7 by state police.
Caitlyn J. Collier, 23, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed May 12 by Middlesex Township police.
Alicia M. Dufford, 46, of Connoquenessing waived to court a charge of DUI, filed May 5 by Penn Township police.
Layne R. Foertsch, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, hit-and-run, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, abandoning a vehicle on the road, and failing to stop and give information or render aid after an accident, filed April 1 by state police.
Yissel A. Gomez, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and a driver's license violation, filed April 29 by Penn Township police.
Shaun T. Hines, 20, of Gibsonia pleaded guilty to a charges of disorderly conduct, filed April 13 by Middlesex Township police. Hones was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs.

Livengood, 25, of Sarver waived to court three counts of theft and charges of burglary, attempted burglary, trespass, conspiracy to commit theft and disorderly conduct, filed May 29 by Buffalo Township police.Andrew W. Lofgren, 32, of New Carlisle, Ind., was held for court on five counts of receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 14, 2012, by state police.Debra Morris, 58, of Carnegie, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed in a private complaint May 20 by Glassmere Fuel. Morris was ordered to pay $998.25 in restitution, fines and court costs.Nathan S. Zmijowski, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license-DUI related, possessing drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle without inspection, filed April 2 by Middlesex Township police.Zmijowski, in a separate case filed May 5 by Middlesex Township police, waived charges of driving with a suspended license-DUI related, possessing drug paraphernalia and driving a vehicle without inspection.

Craig, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving without working rear lights, filed April 14 by state police.Donald L. Grossman, 28, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Nov. 27 by state police. Grossman was ordered to pay $383.50 in fines and court costs.Craig A.
