Hillary Marshall and Tyler O'Neil

An Oct. 3 wedding is being planned by Hillary Marshall and Tyler O’Neil of Petersburg, Va.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Frank and Sharon Marshall of Boyers. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Thomas and Karen O’Neil of Framingham, Mass.

The future bride is a 2010 graduate of Moniteau High School and a 2014 graduate of Niagara University.

Her fiance is a 2010 graduate of Framingham High School. In 2014, he graduated from Niagara University.

Marshall and O’Neil are officers in the U.S. Army.
