No Jeep? No problem
There are many activities for non-Jeep owners
Here is what you can do at this year’s Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival even if you do not own a Jeep:
1. Come to downtown Butler on Friday to watch hundreds of Jeeps attempt to set a new Guinness World Record for the largest Jeep parade.
2. Visit the Jeep History Exhibit over the weekend and take a selfie with the only re-creation of the world’s original Jeep. You won’t want to miss other rare Jeeps from the 1940s.
3. Sign the birthday card for the Bantam Jeep in the Jeep History Exhibit. Autograph it for posterity and wish a happy birthday to the Jeep while you’re there.
4. Test drive a Jeep during the Ride with a Guide activity — perfect for attendees who want to try their hand at driving a Jeep off-road.
5. Visit the vendor area to see all the Jeep parts and accessories.
6. Attend how-to-clinics and learn new facts about Jeeps.
7. Cheer on Jeep drivers as they try to conquer the mud pit at the Jeep Playground.
8. Walk through the World War II Encampment and see the 1942 M3A1 Stuart Tank, which is making its first appearance at the festival.
9. Take your children to the Little Jeepers Playground for some Jeep-themed activities.
10. Listen to a historian discuss Jeep history.
