Vacation Bible Schools

The following churches have announced dates for vacation Bible school:

The Presbyterian Church of Portersville, 1297 Perry Highway, will have Everest as the theme for Bible school from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Children from age 4 to sixth grade are welcome. For more information visit epcportersville.org or call 724-368-8050.

Relevant Student Ministries of New Life Christian Ministries, 139 Knoch Road, Saxonburg, will offer Tandem 2: The Zoo from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday for students entering grades six to 12. Small groups will meet weekly through the summer. For more information, contact alex@newlifexn.org or call 724-766-6260.

Valencia Presbyterian Church, 80 Sterrett Street, has a June 10 registration deadline for Blast to the Past to Discover God’s Everlasting Love! The Bible school will be from 6 to 8:30 p.m. June 22 to 26 for children age 3 to 12th grade. Visit www.valenciapresbyterian.com for more information and to register.

St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 310 W. Main St., Saxonburg, will host Outback Rock: Where Kids Venture Into Solid Faith from 6 to 8:30 p.m. June 14 to 17 in Centennial Hall behind the church. There is no fee for children age 3 to sixth grade. To register, call the church at 724-352-2333 or visit stlks.com.

Hill United Presbyterian Church will offer God’s Great Creation Camp from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. June 15 to 17 at the Jaycee Shelter of Alameda Park. The camp is free for children in kindergarten through grade 6. Contact the church at 724-287-5427 to register.

Announcements of vacation Bible schools should be received by the Focus Department no later than one week in advance of the event.
