Kenneth D. Ross
Kenneth D. Ross, 81, of Butler passed away Saturday at his residence.
Born March 1, 1934, in Butler, he was a son of the late Harry A. and Hazel D. McCollough Ross.
He worked as a machine operator for PennDOT. He retired in December 1995 following 23 years service. He enjoyed fishing and boating.
He was a member of St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church in Carbon Center. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Surviving is his wife, Charlotte Weiland Ross, whom he married Sept. 24, 1960. He is also survived by two brothers, Earl (Sylvia) Ross and Harry (Bonnie) Ross, both of Ohio; one sister, Carol Ross of Michigan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.
ROSS — A Mass of Christian burial for Kenneth D. Ross, who died Saturday, April 11, 2015, was celebrated Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church, 210 St. Wendelin Road, Butler.Arrangements were handled by the Geibel Funeral Home of Butler.
