Guns rights rally set for Capitol
HARRISBURG — Gun-rights supporters are set to converge on the steps of the Capitol for the annual Second Amendment Action Day.
The event today is coordinated by Daryl Metcalfe, among the Legislature’s most ardent advocates for the rights of gun owners.
