District Judge Wayne Seibel

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Kayla Rowley, 23, of Cranberry Township had her case held to court. The state police on Feb. 18 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

James Milo Bell IV, 31, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. The state police on March 13 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle without insurance and careless driving.

Mathew Steven Fix, 29, of Valencia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on March 19 charged him with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Meghan Cathleen Taylor, 38, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Zelienople police on April 1 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Kenneth J. Hughes, 42, of New Brighton waived his case to court. Zelienople police on March 30 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Mark Edwin Noah, 48, of Callery had his case held to court. The Evans City/Seven Fields police department on April 8 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia and drug delivery resulting in death.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township Police:

Jennifer Nicole Vandyke, 31, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on March 6 charged her with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Adam J. Rizza, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on April 1 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

William Christopher Rice, 31, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on April 19 charged him with retail theft.

Joseph J. Jetkiewicz Jr., 57, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 25 charged him with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Etienne Alexander Truche, 19, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on March 11 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
