First Saturday devotions slated
The Apostolate of Fatima will have First Saturday devotions Saturday beginning with an 8 a.m. Mass at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St. There will be a recitation of the rosary after Mass. A meeting will follow in the Collins Room with guest speaker the Rev. Bill Kiel.
Trinity will host choir concert
The Circle of Friends Choir will give a concert at 7 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 107 Staley Ave.
An offering will benefit MHY Family Services.
Students mark first Communion
Students will celebrate First Holy Communion at all Masses at St. Michael the Archangel, St. Paul and St. Peter Roman Catholic churches Saturday and Sunday.
Catholic women set closing dinner
St. Paul Catholic Women & Christian Mothers’ closing dinner for 2014-2015 will be Wednesday in Glenn Hall at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St.
The rosary will be recited at 5:30 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Mass and a 7 p.m. dinner.
After dinner, Lifeline will present a program, “Save the Babies.”
Church plans prayer event
RIMERSBURG, Clarion County — Rimersburg United Methodist Church, 339 Main St., will observe the 64th annual National Day of Prayer May 7 beginning with a 6:30 p.m. praise and prayer walk starting at the borough office parking lot and going to Veterans Park by 7 p.m. for the prayer observance.
The mission of the National Day of Prayer Task Force is to mobilize prayer in America and to encourage personal repentance and righteousness in the culture.

Mother-daughter luncheon slated
CALLERY — Crestview Community Church, 210 Kline Ave., will celebrate mothers and daughters with a noon luncheon Sunday. There will be entertainment by Donnie Clark, food and fellowship. Take a side dish or a dessert.
