Babinsack was ordered to pay $508 in fines and court costs.Jack F. Bollinger III, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, driving without a vehicle registration card, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lighting violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Feb. 18 by state police.Heather L. Cristillo, 40, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court 26 counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 25 by Buffalo Township police.Jonathan J. Curley, 34, of Gibsonia waived to court three counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 17 by state police.Alan P. Dangelo, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with an open container of alcohol, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 9 by state police.Nicholas A. Foster, 39, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 20 by Penn Township police.Steven P. Gerwick, 51, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Dec. 8 by Penn Township police. Gerwick was ordered to pay $471.50 in fines and court costs.Timothy A. Gifford, 46, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, driving with an open container of alcohol and reckless driving, filed March 16 by Buffalo Township police.Chloe E. Burke, 36, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 13.Jakob N. Crispen, 23, of Rimersburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, a stop sign violation and careless driving, filed March 2.Marilyn Spencer-Justes, 59, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving without working rear lights, filed Feb. 9.
