Babinsack was ordered to pay $508 in fines and court costs.Jack F. Bollinger III, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, driving without a vehicle registration card, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lighting violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Feb. 18 by state police.Heather L. Burke, 36, of Rimersburg, Clarion County, was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 13.Jakob N. Crispen, 23, of Rimersburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, a stop sign violation and careless driving, filed March 2.Marilyn Spencer-Justes, 59, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving without working rear lights, filed Feb. 9.
