Jennifer L. Beran, 34, of Gibsonia waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Jan. 6 by Middlesex Township police.
Justin D. Boes, 21, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, speeding and underage drinking, filed Dec. 29 by Middlesex Township police.
Donald A. Gaviglia, 37, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and making an improper turn, filed Feb. 2 by Middlesex Township police.
Saige A. Knapp, 23, of Cabot was held for court on charges of forgery and theft, filed Dec. 1 by state police.
Cameron S. Leonard, 19, of Wexford waived to court charges of DUI and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Jan. 29 by Middlesex Township police.
Frank A. Miller III, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, DUI, being an habitual offender for driving with a suspended license, criminal mischief, two counts of disorderly conduct, speeding, careless driving and fraudulent use of a license plate, filed Feb. 23 by Penn Township police.
Justin T. Mech, 31, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and texting while driving, filed Dec. 29 by Middlesex Township police.
Charles A. Moore, 47, of Gibsonia pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Aug. 11 by Middlesex Township police. Moore was ordered to pay $271.50 in fines and court costs.
Philip J. Schenck, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 24 by Middlesex Township police. Schenck was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and court costs.
Bryant K. Wells Sr., 45, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 24 by Middlesex Township police.
