The 1974-75 Butler High School boys basketball season came to a happy ending March 14 at the YMCA cafeteria with the Mother’s Club honoring the team. Award winners, from the left, were Paul Laconi, Hustle Award; Mike Schmidt, most improved JV; Brian Garber, best field goal percentage; Dale Webb, Cubs MVP Award and top rebounder; Rick Bonnett, record 23 straight foul shots and most improved varsity player; Armand Natili, best foul shot, and Doug Elias, Billy Kummer Award and Hustle Award.
